This week I contemplated regulation. All week I have been relying on my (vast, apparently) toolbox filled with ways to get present and centered.
Yesterday I baked bread and rubbed my dog’s belly. A few nights ago I took a very hot bath. Near the beginning of the week I walked in the snow.
